29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws.  On or about October 16, 2024, on the west side of the job site, employees conducted daily duties in the proximity of a 220v electrical cable not connected so that strain relief would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws.
