29 CFR  1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft:  a) Packaging Area, 72 Reynolds Road, Potsdam NY, 13676: On or about 10/17/2024, employees working near a conveyor belt with rotating shaft ends which were not guarded and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft, were exposed to moving parts and entanglement hazards.
