On or about 10/21/2024 at the Wilson Valley Subdivision worksite in Republic, MO, employees conducting roofing and framing activities were exposed to fall hazards when each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in the following instances: 1)  Roofers were applying shingles without using any form of  fall protection.  2) Framers were installing floor joist  without using any form of  fall protection.
