29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about October 19, 2024, at the ESD building of the job site employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet and not provided fall protection while applying a joint sealant to the wall of the building.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2):The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).
