Six were performing roofing activities from the sloped roof of a three-story building without the use of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet. a) 300-316 Frank Young Ave. Chester, PA - Six employees working on the roof of a 3third-story residential building without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 514 Union St. Chester, PA - On or about October 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while performing roofing operations were sufficiently trained in the recognizance and avoidance of such hazards.
