29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. 4825 53rd Ave. SW, Great Falls, MT 59404: On November 5, 2024 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using chemicals including, but not limited to Naphtha (petroleum) Heavy Alkylate (Tire Shine) to perform diesel mechanic work and detailing. The employer failed to ensure that employees were properly trained on the hazards of the chemicals they were using as well as ensuring they knew the location of safety data sheets.
