29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about November 8, 2024, an employee was in an aerial lift with his supervisor but was not anchored to the lift. The employee was wearing a personal fall arrest system but not attached to the aerial lift. The employees were approximately 15 feet above ground.
