29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  a) On or about November 15, 2024, at times prior, at the west tower of the residential construction located at 1050 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33131, the employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented  in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees voluntarily wearing 3M 8511 NIOSH TC-84A-1299 N95 respirators while performing stucco removal.
