29 CFR  1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press:    On or about November 18, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that  employees were protected from point of operation hazards on the Verson Press #26 when feeding and lining up materials in the press for operation.  Existing guarding (light curtains) allowed access to the point of operation, resulting in a left finger amputation.
