Location:  22 Alroy Road, Weymouth MA  On 11/27/2025, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 30 feet to the ground while conducting residential roofing activities where fall protection was not utilized.   Loja Services Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556557, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Brewster Street in Newton, MA.
