29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On the upper level of a residence, located at 9316 Cannon Beach, Palmetto, Florida 34229: On or about 12/3/24, the employer exposed a subcontractor's employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employees while performing masonry activities.
