29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.  a) On or about December 4, 2024, at the jobsite, the employer did not develop clear steps and  procedures to shut down the Baldor, 1/2 horsepower, electric motor, serial number 705198311, while replacing a belt, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
