29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On the roof of a commercial building, located at 4621 Emerson St. Jacksonville FL 32207: On or about December 06, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns while performing roofing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest personal fall arrest systems.   a. On the roof of a commercial building located at 4621 Emerson St. Jacksonville, FL 32207: On or about December 06, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards; in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
