29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 6173 Palisades Drive, Cicero, NY  13039.  On or about December 5, 2024, employees under the direction of The Roofing Guys, were installing roofing materials onto an 8:12 pitch residential roof, with a ground to eave height of 26 feet without fall protection.    The Roofing Guys was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663317, citation number 1, Item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on (9/28/23), with respect to a workplace located at 7330 Eastman Road, North Syracuse, 13212.  The Roofing Guys was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number_1532855, citation number 1, Item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on (6/24/22), with respect to a workplace located at 7330 Eastman Road, North Syracuse, 13212.
