This was most recently documented on or about December 12, 2024, at 828 Crown Point Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. Greater than 120 gallons of category 3 flammable liquids were stored together outside of a flammable storage area/room/cabinet. Chemicals include but are not limited to Carolina's Perfect Solution Concentrate.
