Employees operated and performed work on unguarded rotating parts, including rotors on a #3 Jim Bauer 360-inch Economy polishing lathe. b.  Employees operated and performed work on unguarded rotating parts, including rotors on a #5 Jim Bauer 360-inch Economy polishing lathe.
