29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed.  a) Jobsite: Grocery Outlet: 4301 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144 - On or about January 13, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an exit route was kept clear and unobstructed.  Employees were required to perform tasks in the storage area of the store where empty boxes had been stacked nearly to the ceiling, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.

A fire extinguisher, located in the emergency exit path, was blocked by boxes, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.

A fire extinguisher was not mounted in its designated location and was not fully charged, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
