29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds).  a) On or about November 20, 2024, at the worksite, 3005 Watkins Road, Horseheads, NY 14845: The employer failed to ensure employees working on a ladder jack scaffold were trained to recognize the types of hazards associated with the scaffold being used and procedures to minimize those hazards, and failed to ensure the ladders used to support ladder jacks were placed, fastened, or equipped with devices to prevent slipping.
