29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 444 East Gate Road, Ridgewood NJ (Backyard):  An employee engaged in stucco activities accessed an icy rear ledge fell approximately 12ft to the ground and suffered injuries to his back consistent with a fall as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 01/27/2025
