29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about: January 24, 2025 Location: 4 Burton Rd., Larchmont, NY 10538 Top of 2-story wooden framed structure  a) Three (3) workers observed on 2-story wooden framed structure not utilizing Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS). Structure height is approximately 25-30 feet in height. Workers exposed to fall hazard.  Cheva S Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666403, citation number 001, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Oneida St., Rye Brook, NY 10573.
