29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented  Location: 3 story residential home @ 11 Choate St. on the entire roof.  On or about 10/08/24 employees were exposed to falls of more than 25 ft to the ground below, where a guardrail system or, personal fall arrest system was not in use.
