29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Cathy Way and Barry Lane, Site 22, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 - employees were operating pneumatic nail guns without utilizing impact resistant eye wear, on or about January 31, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
