Or in the alternative:  29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about January 28, 2025, at 7616 Old Thyme Ct., Parkland, FL 33076, a worker descending from the main roof to the garage roof using an articulate extendable aluminum ladder  was exposed to fall hazards; in that, the employer did not ensure that  a personal fall arrest system was in use to prevent  a 9.5 ft. fall hazard from the garage roof eave to the paved floor at ground level.
