29 CFR 1910.266(e)(2)(x): Prior to felling any tree, the chain-saw operator did not clear away brush or other potential obstacles which might interfere with cutting the tree or using the retreat path.  a) Area located near 21 Legacy Point Clayton, GA 30525, Ground: On or about 2/18/2025, the employer exposed  employees to struck-by hazards by not clearing brush or obstacles from the felling and retreat paths.

29 CFR 1910.266(d)(2)(ii): Each first aid kit did not contain the items listed in Appendix A at all times:  a) Area near 21 Legacy Point, Clayton, GA 30525 - Ground: On or about 02/18/2025, the employer failed to provide fully stocked first aid kits in work vehicles, in that first aid kits were missing required elements, reducing emergency response capabilities. The missing required items were including, but not limited to:  1. Gauze pads (at least 4 x 4 inches). 2. Two large gauze pads (at least 8 x 10 inches) 3. One package gauze roller bandage at least 2 inches wide. 4. Two triangular bandages. 5. Wound cleaning agent such as sealed moistened towelettes. 6. At least one blanket. 7. Tweezers. 8. Latex gloves. 9. Resuscitation equipment such as resuscitation bag, airway, or pocket mask. 10. Two elastic wraps. 11. Splint. 12. Directions for requesting emergency assistance.
