29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Jobsite located at 3400 Concord Rd, Aston PA 19014 - On or about February 24, 2025 the employer did not ensure that all open sides and ends of the scaffold were protected by use of guardrail systems, thereby exposing employees conducting HVAC instillation on the celling of falls of approximately 20 feet.
