29 CFR  1910.176(b):  Storage of material created a hazard:  Containers stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse.  (a)  In the Bulk Storage Area of the facility, on or about March 4, 2025, the employer did not ensure stored materials in cardboard containers were stacked, blocked, interlocked, or limited in height so that they were stable and secure, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  Best Choice Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1529923, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Clyde Alexander Way, Pooler, Georgia.
