29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.   Location: 198 Tecumseh St. Fall River MA  On or about March 4th 2005, employees were exposed to falls to the ground from heights up to 24 feet to the ground while working on a pump jack scaffold system where planks were cantilevered up to 7 feet over the platform supports.
