29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  On a residential reroofing construction, at a temporary jobsite located 13723 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225: On or about March 7, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing reroofing work on a roof at over 42 feet in height.

29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  On a residential reroofing construction, at a temporary jobsite located 13723 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225: On or about March 7, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees wore body belts with attachment points in the front by the hip area and not located in the center of the employees' back near shoulder level, or above the employees' head while performing reroofing work on a roof at over 42 feet in height.
