29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(2)(ii): Water was not applied at flow rates sufficient to minimize release of visible dust for tasks performed using wet methods: (a) 6333 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Centennial, CO 80111: On or about March 11, 2025, employees operated a Husqvarna MS 360 stationary masonry saw with integrated water delivery to cut concrete tiles and had not adjusted the integrated water pump to control the water flow to bind the dust during cutting. This generated visible dust while cutting and exposed employees to potential respirable crystalline silica.

29 CFR 1926.1153(d)(2)(iv): The employer did not reassess exposures whenever a change in the production, process, control equipment, personnel, or work practices may reasonably be expected to result in new or additional exposures at or above the action level, or when the employer has any reason to believe that new or additional exposures at or above the action level have occurred: (a) 6333 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Centennial, CO 80111: On or about March 11, 2025, employees operated a Husqvarna MS 360 stationary masonry saw with integrated water delivery to cut concrete tiles and had not adjusted the integrated water pump to control the water flow to bind the dust during cutting. This generated visible dust while cutting. The employer did not reassess the potential exposures to respirable crystalline silica.
