29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  On top of a newly constructed residential home, located at 176 Orkney Rd, Lot 490, Savannah, GA, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced for employees working at heights greater than 25 feet.  Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740921, citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 913 Highland Circle, Richmond Hill, Georgia.  Roberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634866, citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 105 St. Phillip Way, Springfield, Georgia.
