29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3) The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  A) 340 Meadow Road , Edison, NJ 08837 - The employer failed to eliminate corrosive spills of Titanium Chloride TiCl4 and Hydrochloric Acid HCl, at the T2 building floor. This condition exposed employees to slips, trips and falls.  Condition noted on or about 03/17/25.
