29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1):The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a.) Grinder, 316 Colonial Drive, Horseheads, NY 14845, on or about 4/15/2025; A grinder was exposed to a continuous noise level at 75.9% dose and approximately 88.0 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 459 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 21 minutes not sampled. The employer did not administer a hearing conservation program.  b.) Grinder, 316 Colonial Drive, Horseheads, NY 14845, on or about 4/15/2025; A grinder was exposed to a continuous noise level at 69.0% dose and approximately 87.3 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 457 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 23 minutes not sampled. The employer did not administer a hearing conservation program.
