29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a) Multiple locations on the plant floor: On or about March 25, 2025, employees working on or around the electrical panels and breaker box's located in wet and damp environments, were exposed to electric shock.  The employer did not provide means to prevent water and/or moisture from accumulating in or around the electrical panels and breaker box's.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage:  a) Plant floor outside high voltage cage 1: On March 25, 2025, the main electrical panels for wash line 1 located on the plant floor, were blocked by a Jersey barrier and metal pipes stored within 17-20 inches from the panels, obstructing access to the electric panel if access is needed for emergency, or maintenance activity.    b)  Plant floor outside high voltage cage  2 - On March 25, 2025, the main control panels for wash line 2 located on the plant floor, were blocked by a Jersey barrier stored within approximately 24 inches  from the panels, obstructing access to the electric panel if access is needed for emergency, or maintenance activity.   c) Plant floor outside high voltage cage wash lines - On March 25, 2025, the main control panels for wash line 1 & 2 located on the plant floor, were blocked by plastic bins filled with shredded plastic flakes approximately 24 inches from the panels, obstructing access to the electric panel if access is needed for emergency, or maintenance activity.
