At a temporary worksite, located at 1635 Lachlan Cir, Jacksonville FL: On or about March 26, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that protective eyewear was not utilized by employees while using a Speed Impact Drivers for windows and caulking installations.
