On or about March 21, 2025,  at 209 Clay wood Drive in Ovilla, Texas employees were not protected by protective helmets while working beneath other employees.  H & H Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1710334, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 21,  2024, with a final abatement date on November 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at   2402 Cornwall Lane, Heath, TX 75216.
