29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about March 31, 2025, employees using the walking-working surface in the welding cells for access and egress to their welding booths are exposed to slip, trips, and falls from the varying lengths of hoses staged in front of their welding booths; the employer did not ensure that the welding cells were kept clean, and orderly.
