29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On the roof located at 29643 Imperati Blvd, Wesley Chapel FL On or about 4/01/2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazards, in that fall protection equipment was not utilized while employees were performing truss installation and other framing activities at approximately 10 feet 6 inches in height from the roofs edge to ground.
