29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) Family Court Building at 100 East Market Street, Georgetown, DE 19947; on or about April 2, 2025, employees exposed to falls approximately 25 feet above the next lower level while performing roof survey work for the parapet wall cap/coping work on a newly constructed commercial building without any means of fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards.
