29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1):Employees engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:  a)Rice Companies, Inc. at 3500 South Grand Slam Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110:  On or about and at times prior to April 9, 2025 the employer did not ensure that employees conducting insulation and roofing activities on the commercial property roof were adequately protected from fall hazards.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 15 feet.
