Wheatland Ct. Wichita, KS 67235, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 7 inches from the edge of the roof trusses and rafters to the ground below in that fall protection training was not provided. Employees were not trained in appropriate fall protection methods to avoid hazards associated with elevated work areas.
