On or about April 09, 2025,  on the north side of the building, an employee was not in use of fall protection while performing metal trim activities at heights greater than six (6) feet.  Betta Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1616812, citation number 01, item number 01  and was affirmed as a final order on 11/23/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10890 South 208th St. Gretna, NE 68028.
