29 CFR  1910.151(c) :Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) 7 Self Boulevard Carteret, NJ 07008. Fire proofing storage room.  A wall-mounted emergency eyewash station was provided in the warehouse where corrosive fire proofing material  is stored and employee(s) are exposed to corrosive properties of the materials. The double 946 mL squeeze bottle eyewash station was expired as of September 2021.  **Note:  An emergency eyewash should be readily available during an emergency for delivering at least 0.4 gallons (1.5L) of clean water per minute continuously for at least 15 minutes, as recommended in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard Z358.1.    Conditions(s) were noted on or about 4/29/2025.
