29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access.  3657 US-190 Frontage Road: On or about April 30, 2025, employees were using a ladder for egress that did not have the siderails extended at least three feet above the surface of the ground.
