29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work.   a) Jobsite: On or about April 29, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical type hazards while working from a ladder to remove the old siding that was set-up within inches of the live electrical power feed coming into the residence.
