29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) On or about May 1, 2025, located in the main recycling area, an accumulation of explosive cardboard dust was on horizontal surfaces such as, but not limited to, equipment, structural members and piping.  The Celadon DP, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740880, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Artley Rd. Savannah, GA 31408.
