29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met:  a) Iqinetics Technologies Inc. located at or near 3401 Grays Ferry Avenue, Building 200, Room 237 in Philadelphia, PA- On or about May 9, 2025, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals during the motor assembly process. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following:  -Tetramethylene dimethacrylate, maleic acid, and Acetic acid as contained in Loctite 243. -Isopropyl Alcohol. -Tin, silver, and copper as contained in Kester Solder and Alpha Assembly Solutions solder. -etc.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area:   a) Iqinetics Technologies Inc. located at or near 3401 Grays Ferry Avenue, Building 200, Room 237 in Philadelphia, PA- On or about May 9, 2025, the employer did not maintain and ensure that safety data sheets are readily accessible to employees when using products containing hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to the following:   -Tetramethylene dimethacrylate, maleic acid, and Acetic acid as contained in Loctite 243. -Isopropyl Alcohol. -Tin, silver, and copper as contained in Kester Solder and Alpha Assembly Solutions solder. -etc.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area:  a) Iqinetics Technologies Inc. located at or near 3401 Grays Ferry Avenue, Building 200, Room 237 in Philadelphia, PA- On or about May 9, 2025, employees were not provided effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas. Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to:   -Tetramethylene dimethacrylate, maleic acid, and Acetic acid as contained in Loctite 243. -Isopropyl Alcohol. -Tin, silver, and copper as contained in Kester Solder and Alpha Assembly Solutions solder. -etc.
