29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  Location: Roof of 24 New Chardon Street, BOSTON, MA 02114  On or about May 9, 2025, employees were exposed to falls of more than 25 feet from the roof line, to a lower roof, where fall protection was not used.
