29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about May 13, 2025 and at times prior thereto, on the roof of residential building 11, employees of a subcontractor were not in use of fall protection while performing roofing work activities from a roof that was more than six(6) feet in height.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22): Employees were using ladders carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.  On or about May 13, 2025 and at times prior thereto, on the roof of residential building 11, employees of a subcontractor were carrying plywood boards, tools and other objects while climbing ladders to gain access to the roof of the building.
