29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  On or about May 20, 2025, and times prior thereto, on the north side of the warehouse floor, employees were operating an industrial concrete mixer with the interlock system disabled.

29 CFR  1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean, and/or their function labels were not kept legible.  On or about May 20, 2025, on the north side of the warehouse floor, employees were operating an industrial crane using a pendant control station that did not have function labels indicating its operations.
