29 CFR  1910.178(m)(7):  Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading.   A) 551 Raritan Center Pkwy, Edison NJ  08837  The employer failed to ensure semi truck trailers were secured against movement while at the loading dock.   An employee was exposed to caught in hazards when a semi-truck driver pulled away from the loading dock while the forklift operator was inside unloading the trailer.   On or about 5/22/25
